What we collect
- Your booking: the date, the vehicle type and, if you give it, the plate number.
- Your first name, surname, nationality, email address and phone number, to send your confirmation and messages about your subscription.
- The time you accepted our Terms of Service at checkout.
- If you send a cancellation request: your email address.
- Usage data from our website statistics (see below).
Why we use it
To make and manage your booking and subscription, to bill you, to answer your requests and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations. For website statistics, it is our legitimate interest or, where required, your consent.
Who receives it
- Our payment provider, to process payments.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers booking and cancellation forms to our mailbox.
- Yandex Metrica, our website statistics service. It uses cookies and can record clicks and scrolling on our pages.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on our pages, and Open-Meteo, which supplies the weather forecast. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address.
- Our hosting provider.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your subscription is active, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Cookies and browser storage
Our website uses cookies for statistics (Yandex Metrica). It also keeps your booking draft and your language choice in your browser, so you don't lose them when you reload the page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Just write to support@alpe-parking.online. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
