Confirmed stays
When you book, you ask us to confirm your parking right away. Once a stay is confirmed, it can't be cancelled or refunded.
Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no notice period. After you cancel, no further renewals are charged. Payments already made are not prorated or refunded, even if you didn't use the stay included in them.
Payment errors
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, write to support@alpe-parking.online within 30 days. We'll check the payment and refund the extra amount to the card you used.
