1. Who we are
Braies Parking (alpe-parking.online) is an independent online booking service run by [Company name, registration number], [Registered address, country]. Contact: support@alpe-parking.online. We are not the car park operator.
2. Our service
We reserve a parking space at car park P4 at Lake Braies (39030 Braies/Prags, Italy) on your behalf, for the date you choose. What you buy from us is this booking service. Our service fee is included in the price shown.
3. Subscription
- The price is €40 per car and €25 per motorcycle for one day of parking (day-stay ticket, including a €16.00 meal voucher). The amount shown at checkout is what we charge.
- At checkout you pay for the parking you book. The subscription then renews automatically on the 1st of each calendar month (Italian time) for the same amount, until you cancel.
- Each renewal includes one more day of parking at Lake Braies for the same vehicles, when you book it at least 7 days before arrival. Unused days don't carry over to the next month.
- The subscription is not an unlimited parking pass.
- You can cancel anytime, with no notice period: see Cancel subscription. After you cancel, no further renewals are charged.
4. Your booking
- The day-stay ticket is for cars and motorcycles up to 2.00 m high. Campers and motorhomes over 2.00 m are not covered.
- It includes passage to the lake during the summer road closure and a €16.00 meal voucher for Emma's Bistro, the Panorama Restaurant and the Chalet.
- You are responsible for entering the correct date, plate number and contact details.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by our payment provider. If a renewal payment fails, new bookings are paused until the payment goes through.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
When you book, you expressly ask us to confirm your parking right away. Once a stay is confirmed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it. Details are in our Refund policy.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by wrong details you entered, by traffic, or by rule changes made by the car park operator or the authorities. Mandatory statutory liability is not affected. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount of the payment concerned.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
